Be Built Different, LLC (“Be Built Different,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the BeBuiltDifferent mobile application (“App”) and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices you have regarding your information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The BeBuiltDifferent App is intended for existing Be Built Different users. Users do not create an account directly through the App.
When you access or use the App, we may collect or process limited personal information associated with your existing account, including:

Account information necessary to identify and authenticate your account
Content or information you voluntarily submit, post, or share through the App
The App does not collect or store health or fitness data such as body weight, body measurements, nutrition information, workout history, or health records.
The App does not access Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, your device location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library for the purpose of collecting personal information.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information only as reasonably necessary to operate and support the BeBuiltDifferent App and related services.
This may include:
Authenticating and providing access to your account
Displaying your account information
Providing App features and functionality
Enabling user interactions and user-generated content
Communicating with you regarding your account or the App
Responding to support requests
Maintaining the security and integrity of the App
Complying with applicable legal requirements
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND INTERACTIONS
The App may allow users to post content, share information, interact with other users, or otherwise participate in community features.
Information or content you choose to make available to other users may be visible to those users. You should use discretion when deciding what information to share through community or social features of the App.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not currently use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services within the App.
If third-party services are introduced in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy to describe the information those services collect and how that information is used.
5. PAYMENTS
The App does not directly process payments or store payment-card information.
Any transactions or payments that occur outside the App are governed by the privacy and payment practices applicable to those services.
6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Operate and maintain our services
Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Be Built Different, our users, or others
Investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms

8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users may request deletion of their Be Built Different account and associated personal information through the account deletion functionality provided by Be Built Different.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably necessary or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

10. CHILDREN AND MINORS
The BeBuiltDifferent App is intended for users 16 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information through the App from children under 16. If we learn that personal information from a child under 16 has been collected in violation of this policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
